01 • The Architectural Bottleneck

Fragmented Legacy Stacks & Slow Conversions

Prior to partnering with Zealous Technologies, the client relied on a monolithic setup plagued by excessive script payloads, slow server response times (TTFB > 1200ms), and friction-filled multi-step user flows that were causing severe drop-offs on mobile devices.

Heavy JavaScript bundles blocking initial content paint
Zero server-side caching or global edge replication
Inflexible content editing pipelines delaying marketing launches

02 • The Zealous Engineering Solution

Next.js 15 Server Components & Edge Infrastructure

We replaced the monolithic codebase with a headless Next.js App Router architecture distributed globally across Cloudflare edge nodes. Heavy data fetching was relocated to server execution, reducing clientside JavaScript payloads by over 74%.

Sub-50ms Time to First Byte worldwide
100/100 Core Web Vitals across Desktop and Mobile
Decoupled headless editorial workflows allowing instant content publish
